And yet... the world remains largely silent. In contrast, when 142 people were tragically killed in France by similar extremist violence, global media mourned deeply. Millions reacted emotionally. Thousands changed their Facebook profile pictures to the French flag in solidarity. But still—few stop to ask what’s really happening in the other parts of the world.
